What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the historical financial performance representations are for the calendar year ended December 31, 2023. The financial data includes information from one corporate restaurant and 28 franchised restaurants that were open and operating for the entirety of the 2023 calendar year.
The Item 19 financial performance representation includes gross restaurant sales data from the corporate restaurant and franchised restaurants. These restaurants offered substantially the same products and services that a new Crisp & Green franchisee would offer. The data encompasses restaurants open for at least 12 months as of December 31, 2023.
Crisp & Green reports this information in two tables.
