What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crisp & Green or its affiliates may be an approved supplier for certain items and services. Specifically, Crisp & Green has a required architectural vendor that franchisees must use for the creation of architectural plans for their Franchised Restaurant. Franchisees must also obtain a site survey from one of Crisp & Green's approved vendors.
This means that franchisees are not entirely free to choose their own suppliers for these specific services. Using Crisp & Green's approved vendors ensures that the architectural plans and site surveys meet the franchisor's standards and requirements.
While this may limit a franchisee's options, it also provides a level of quality control and consistency across all Crisp & Green locations. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand these requirements and factor in any potential cost differences when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
