We may preclude you from attending an annual convention/national conference if you are in default of this Agreement at the time of the annual convention/national conference or if you have had two notices of default within 12 months prior to any annual convention/national conference.
We may also preclude you from participating in system calls, meetings or webinars while you are in default of this Agreement.
