Answer from 2025 FDD Document

If we conduct an inspection of your Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck and determine you are not operating in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, we may require that you attend remedial training that addresses your operational deficiencies. You may also request that we provide additional training (either at corporate headquarters or at your Crepe de licious Business).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, if Crepe De Licious conducts an inspection of a franchisee's Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck and determines that the franchisee is not operating in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, Crepe De Licious may require the franchisee to attend remedial training. This training would address the franchisee's specific operational deficiencies.

This means that Crepe De Licious franchisees must adhere to the standards and procedures outlined in the Franchise Agreement. Regular inspections are a mechanism Crepe De Licious uses to ensure compliance. If a franchisee is found to be falling short of these standards, remedial training is a tool Crepe De Licious can use to bring the franchisee back into compliance.

In addition to required remedial training, Crepe De Licious also allows franchisees to request additional training, which can be conducted at corporate headquarters or at the franchisee's Crepe De Licious Business. This additional training may come with additional fees, as specified in the Franchise Agreement.
