What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, on-site evaluation is contingent upon the Area Developer first providing all requested documents for the site. Crepe De Licious will offer on-site evaluation as it deems advisable in response to the Area Developer's request for site approval for each Franchised Restaurant.
This means that a prospective Area Developer seeking to open a Crepe De Licious franchise must first submit all required documentation pertaining to the proposed location. Only after Crepe De Licious receives and reviews these documents will they consider conducting an on-site evaluation.
This condition ensures that Crepe De Licious has sufficient information to assess the suitability of the site before committing resources to an in-person evaluation. It is a standard practice in franchising to ensure proper site selection, which is crucial for the success of the franchise. The Area Developer should ensure that all documents requested by Crepe De Licious are accurately and promptly submitted to facilitate the site approval process.
