What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crepe De Licious will provide its standards and specifications to franchisees as well as approved and proposed suppliers. However, Crepe De Licious will not issue these standards and specifications if they contain confidential information.

This means that if a supplier, whether already approved or seeking approval, requires access to Crepe De Licious's operational standards and specifications, Crepe De Licious reserves the right to withhold that information if it deems the information to be confidential. This protects Crepe De Licious's proprietary information and business methods.

For a prospective franchisee, this highlights the importance of relying on approved suppliers and understanding that access to the complete operational details may be limited for competitive reasons. If a franchisee wishes to propose a new supplier, they should be aware that the supplier may not receive full access to Crepe De Licious's confidential standards and specifications.
