Under what condition will Crepe De Licious allow me to access their intranet system?

- 7.18 Intranet System. We or our affiliate may establish an intranet system to assist you with your Franchised Business. If an intranet system like this is established, we or our affiliate will administer and maintain it, and we will provide you and/or your Designated Manager with access to this system. Subject to the System Standards, we will continue to allow you and/or your Designated Manager to access our intranet system during the term of this Agreement, so long as you are not in default under this Agreement. We may require you to use the intranet system for communications, reports, and other functions, and you will comply with our requirements.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, access to their intranet system is contingent upon remaining in good standing with the company. Crepe De Licious, or its affiliate, may establish an intranet system to assist franchisees in managing their Franchised Business.
If such a system is established, Crepe De Licious will administer and maintain it, providing access to the franchisee and/or their designated manager. However, this access is subject to the System Standards and the franchisee's adherence to the Franchise Agreement.
Specifically, Crepe De Licious will continue to allow access to the intranet system during the term of the Franchise Agreement only if the franchisee is not in default under the Agreement. Crepe De Licious may also require franchisees to use the intranet system for communications, reports, and other functions, and franchisees are obligated to comply with these requirements.
