What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Crepe De Licious food truck typically ranges from 12 to 16 feet in length. These food trucks are mobile units from which franchisees can serve customers. The FDD also states that Crepe De Licious Businesses operate retail, quick-service Restaurants, Kiosks, and Food Trucks.
In addition to food trucks, Crepe De Licious also offers franchise opportunities for restaurants and kiosks. Restaurants typically range from 250 to 4,000 square feet, while kiosks are smaller structures with one or more open sides, ranging from 200 to 600 square feet. The document specifies that locations with approximately 400 square feet or less, including some restaurants, kiosks, and all food trucks, may be required to offer a more limited menu than larger restaurants or kiosks.
Prospective franchisees should consider the size and menu limitations when deciding which type of Crepe De Licious franchise to pursue. The food truck option offers mobility but may come with a restricted menu compared to a larger restaurant location. Franchisees should also consider the local regulations regarding food trucks, as mentioned in the FDD, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and requirements.
