Is there a cost for the POS system training required by Crepe De Licious?

We will provide three to five days of on-site training at no charge prior to the opening of your Crepe de licious Business. In addition, you will also be required to complete a training program with the POS system provider before opening your Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck. As of the Issuance Date, the current POS training is on-line. Ecolab, our supplier of cleaning products and sanitizers, will provide you with on-site or on-line training on the use of their products. This training must also be completed prior to the

opening of your Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck. As of the Issuance Date, the vendors do not charge for the POS or Ecolab training. The POS provider and Ecolab will have discretion regarding cost, methods and frequency of training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, as of the issuance date of the FDD, there is no charge for the POS (Point of Sale) system training. This training is required to be completed before opening a Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck. The POS training is conducted online.

Crepe De Licious also requires training with Ecolab, their supplier of cleaning products and sanitizers, which is also provided either on-site or online. As of the issuance date of the FDD, Ecolab does not charge for their training.

However, the FDD specifies that the POS provider and Ecolab have the discretion to change the cost, methods, and frequency of training. This means that while the training is currently free, Crepe De Licious franchisees should be aware that these vendors could begin charging for training in the future.
