How is the Territory defined for a Crepe De Licious Food Truck?
Crepe_De_Licious Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
The Approved Location for a Food Truck will be based upon the Territory and will not be exclusive. Any Food Truck Territory may be revised solely in our discretion at any time during the Franchise Agreement.
The Approved Location for your Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck will be located within a specific area ("Territory"). The Territory is determined based on the geographic area and population properties within that area and other relevant demographic characteristics and will typically be at least a five mile radius around your Restaurant or Kiosk but will be an assigned list of zip codes for a Food Truck. You will not receive an exclusive territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the territory for a food truck is not exclusive and can be revised at any time at the franchisor's discretion. The approved location for the food truck will be based upon the territory. The territory itself will be an assigned list of zip codes.
This means that while a franchisee is granted a territory, Crepe De Licious retains significant control over it. The lack of exclusivity means that other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or alternative distribution channels can operate within the same area. The franchisor also reserves the right to modify the territory at any point during the franchise agreement.
Prospective Crepe De Licious food truck franchisees should be aware that the territory is not guaranteed and can change. They should inquire about the specific criteria used to define and revise territories, as well as the potential for competition within their assigned area. Understanding these factors is crucial for assessing the potential profitability and long-term viability of a Crepe De Licious food truck franchise.
