What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for various fees and costs throughout their franchise agreement. These include fees related to training, directory listings, and potential penalties for unauthorized advertising.
Specifically, if a Crepe De Licious franchisee wants additional people to attend the initial training program, they will be charged $2,000 per person, in addition to covering the costs of travel, room and board, and other personal expenses for each attendee. Franchisees are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining white and yellow pages listings for their Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck, and they must pay their share of the costs if a group listing is required. Furthermore, if a franchisee violates the marketing guidelines, they will pay an unauthorized advertising fee of $500 per occurrence to the Advertising Fund.
These fees and charges are in addition to the initial franchise fee, ongoing royalties, and other standard expenses associated with operating a Crepe De Licious franchise. It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully review the franchise agreement and FDD to fully understand all financial obligations and potential costs involved in running a Crepe De Licious franchise.
