According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement allows for modifications to system standards. Specifically, Crepe De Licious may periodically modify these standards during the term of the agreement.

These modifications may require a franchisee to invest additional capital in their franchise and/or incur higher operating expenses. This means that a franchisee may be required to make unexpected investments to keep their Crepe De Licious location up to date with the latest brand standards.

While Crepe De Licious can modify system standards, franchisees benefit from improvements developed by other franchisees. Crepe De Licious will authorize franchisees to utilize any improvement that may be developed by other franchisees and is authorized generally for use by other franchisees.
