e data and other information from your point-of-sale system or computer system as we, in our sole discretion, deem necessary or desirable. You shall ensure that we have access at all times to your point-of-sale system, at your cost. You will strictly comply with System Standards for all items associated with your point-of-sale system, computer system and communication equipment and services. You will keep the point-of-sale system, computer system and communication
equipment in good maintenance and repair, and you will promptly install, at your expense, any additions, changes, modifications or substitutions to your point-of-sale system, computer hardware, software, communication equipment, telephone and power lines, and other related accessories or peripheral equipment, as we may specify periodically. We may require that you license from us proprietary software for use in the Franchised Business, and, if so, you will sign the software license agreement we specify, and you will comply with all of its terms and conditions. You will utilize the point-of-sale system, computer system and communication equipment and services in connection with the Franchised Business pursuant to the System Standards, including procuring all set-up services software licenses. You are required to pay our then-current monthly technology fee ("Technology Fee") for use of our online systems, email, data sharing and other internet related functions This Technology Fee will be collected by the 5th day of each month. We reserve the right to increase this fee in the event we offer updated or additional software or technology, but we will not increase this fee by a total of more than five percent (5%) in any calendar year. You acknowledge and agree that changes to technology are dynamic and not predictable within the term of this Agreement. In order to provide for inevitable but unpredictable changes to technological needs and opportunities, you agree that we will have the right to establish, in writing, reasonable new standards for the implementation of technology in the System; and you agree to comply with those reasonable new standards that we establish as if we periodically revised this Section for that purpose. We reserve the right to require you to pay the Technology Fee directly to the service provider(s) of these services, in which case the amount will be set by the provider.

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to provide Crepe De Licious with access to their point-of-sale (POS) system at all times, and at the franchisee's own cost. Franchisees must adhere to Crepe De Licious's System Standards for all components of their POS system, computer system, and communication equipment. This encompasses maintaining the equipment in good condition and promptly implementing any additions, changes, modifications, or substitutions specified by Crepe De Licious, all at the franchisee's expense.
Crepe De Licious retains the right to mandate that franchisees license proprietary software for use in their franchised business, requiring them to sign and comply with the specified software license agreement. Franchisees are obligated to use the POS system, computer system, and communication equipment in accordance with System Standards, including securing all necessary setup services and software licenses.
Furthermore, franchisees must pay a monthly technology fee for the use of Crepe De Licious's online systems, email, data sharing, and other internet-related functions, due by the 5th of each month. Crepe De Licious reserves the right to increase this fee if they offer updated or additional software or technology, but the increase cannot exceed 5% in any calendar year. Crepe De Licious also has the right to establish new standards for technology implementation within the system, with which franchisees must comply. Crepe De Licious can also require franchisees to pay the Technology Fee directly to the service provider, in which case the amount will be determined by the provider.
