A high-speed internet connection is also mandatory for operation.

Franchisees are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of the Computer System at their own cost. The FDD explicitly states that Crepe De Licious is not obligated to provide any ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, updates, or support. Furthermore, franchisees must seek prior written consent from Crepe De Licious before installing any unauthorized software on the point-of-sale or computer equipment. Unauthorized software must be removed immediately upon notification from Crepe De Licious.
