We may allow you to market your Crepe de licious Business through social media sites so long as you follow our online policies and procedures, which are contained in the Operations Manual. Our online policies and procedures may change as technology and the Internet changes. Under our online policies and procedures, we may retain the sole right to market on the Internet, including all use of websites, domain names, advertising, and co-branding arrangements. We may not allow you to independently market on the Internet, or use any domain name, address, locator, link, metatag, or search technique with words or symbols similar to the Marks. We may require you to allow us access to your social media pages to manage content. Our online policy may completely prohibit you from any use of the Marks in social networking sites or other online use. You may not sell products through other channels of distribution such as delivery, ghost kitchens, wholesale, Internet, or mail order sales, unless we authorize you in writing. You may not provide any goods or services related to the operation of your Crepe de licious Business that we have not approved.

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crepe De Licious retains the sole right to market on the Internet. Item 16 states that this includes all use of websites, domain names, advertising, and co-branding arrangements. Crepe De Licious may not allow franchisees to independently market on the Internet, or use any domain name, address, locator, link, metatag, or search technique with words or symbols similar to the Marks without express permission.

Item 12 also states that Crepe De Licious reserves the right to use the Internet and other means as a channel of distribution for themselves. Franchisees may not independently market on the Internet or conduct e-commerce without prior written approval from Crepe De Licious and must adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual. Item 11 mentions that Crepe De Licious has established a System Website for Crepe de licious Businesses which includes local pages for each franchisee. Franchisees may be requested to provide content for the franchisor's Internet marketing, and they must follow the franchisor's intranet and Internet usage rules, policies, and requirements. Franchisees may choose to promote their Crepe de licious Business via alternate online strategies consistent with the franchisor's policies and guidelines as contained in the Manual, which may be changed at the franchisor's discretion.
