We will issue copies of our standards and specifications to you and approved and proposed suppliers, unless these standards and specifications contain our confidential information.
We may update the list of approved suppliers in the Operations Manual. If you desire to have a nonapproved supplier of a product or service designated as an approved supplier, you must submit samples of
the supplier's products or services to us, along with a written statement describing why such products, services, or suppliers should be approved for use in the System. We do not make our supplier specifications and/or standards generally available to franchisees or suppliers. We will notify you of our approval or disapproval within a reasonable time (usually within 90 days) after we have received all of the relevant information we requested. Our written approval must be received before you use products not purchased from an approved supplier. We may revoke our approval at any time if we determine, in our discretion, that the supplier no longer meets our standards. When you receive written notice of a revocation, you must stop selling any disapproved products, and stop purchasing from any disapproved supplier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the brand will issue copies of its standards and specifications to franchisees, approved suppliers, and proposed suppliers. However, this is conditional, as Crepe De Licious will not provide these standards and specifications if they contain confidential information.
As a Crepe De Licious franchisee, you must operate your franchise in strict accordance with the methods, standards, and specifications outlined in the Operations Manual. These guidelines cover all products and services required for establishing and running your Crepe De Licious franchise. Crepe De Licious will inform you of any new or modified standards through updates to the Operations Manual or via written communication.
If a franchisee desires to use a non-approved supplier, they can submit samples of the supplier's products or services to Crepe De Licious, along with a written statement explaining why the supplier should be approved. However, Crepe De Licious does not make its supplier specifications and standards generally available to franchisees or suppliers. Crepe De Licious will notify the franchisee of its decision within 90 days after receiving all necessary information. Franchisees must receive written approval before using products from a non-approved supplier, and Crepe De Licious can revoke approval at any time if the supplier no longer meets its standards.
