- 8 Provide additional training to you for newly-hired personnel on the Crepe de licious brand and System guidelines, refresher training courses, and additional training or assistance that, in our discretion, you need or request. You may be required to pay additional fees for this training or assistance (See Franchise Agreement – Section 7.09).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, Crepe De Licious may provide additional training to franchisees for newly-hired personnel. Specifically, Crepe De Licious may offer training on the Crepe De Licious brand and system guidelines, as well as refresher courses or other assistance that Crepe De Licious deems necessary or that the franchisee requests.
However, this additional training may come with extra costs. The franchisee might be required to pay additional fees for this training or assistance. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential costs when budgeting for ongoing operations.
In addition to training for newly hired personnel, Crepe De Licious also requires that if a franchisee appoints a new designated manager, that person must attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program before assuming management responsibilities. The franchisee will be charged a training fee for each replacement designated manager and will also be responsible for covering the costs of airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses.
