What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, Crepe De Licious will review and approve advertising and other approval requests made by the franchisee. The FDD states that Crepe De Licious will not unreasonably delay approvals or disapprovals that are allowed or required by the agreement.
This means that franchisees need to submit their advertising and other requests to Crepe De Licious for approval. While Crepe De Licious is obligated to review these requests in a timely manner, they still have the right to either approve or disapprove them.
If a franchisee violates the guidelines by advertising without approval, they will be required to pay an unauthorized advertising fee of $500 per occurrence to the Advertising Fund. This fee is intended to offset any damage caused by the breach of the agreement.
