What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to make payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or other similar means. Franchisees must complete an EFT authorization form, which is included as an exhibit in the FDD, to allow for direct debits from their business bank operating account.

However, Crepe De Licious retains the right to require alternative payment methods or payment frequencies for any fees or amounts owed under the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, if a franchisee chooses to make a payment via credit card, Crepe De Licious may charge a service fee of up to 4% of the total charge.

It is important to note that all fees paid to Crepe De Licious or its affiliates are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid. Fees paid to vendors or other suppliers may or may not be refundable, depending on the vendors and suppliers.
