What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company provides initial training at no charge for up to three people. This includes the franchisee, their designated manager (if applicable), and a third person of their choosing.

The franchisee and their designated manager must successfully complete the Initial Training Program to Crepe De Licious's satisfaction at least two weeks before opening their business. This requirement ensures that key personnel are adequately prepared to manage and operate the franchise according to the brand's standards.

If the franchisee wishes to train additional people beyond the initial three, they must pay a fee for each additional person. As of the 2025 FDD, this fee is currently $2,000 per person. This fee covers the cost of training and materials for the extra staff members. Crepe De Licious does not have a set training schedule and conducts training sessions on an as-needed basis, which may require some flexibility from the franchisee.
