What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, you may not open your Crepe De Licious business until you receive written notification from them confirming that all pre-opening obligations have been fulfilled. This notification serves as a green light, indicating that you've met all the necessary requirements to begin operations.
In addition to receiving this written notification, there are several other conditions you must meet before opening. These include completing the initial training program to Crepe De Licious's satisfaction, paying all outstanding amounts due to them, and providing copies of all required insurance policies and certificates. You must also notify Crepe De Licious that all approvals and conditions stated in the Franchise Agreement have been met, secure all required permits and licenses, and ensure that all fixtures, equipment, supplies, inventory, and the computer system are ordered, received, and installed.
Once you receive the written notification and satisfy all other conditions, you must be prepared to begin operating your Crepe De Licious business immediately. This emphasizes the importance of having all aspects of your business ready to go once you get the go-ahead from the franchisor. Failing to meet any of these pre-opening obligations could delay your opening and potentially lead to additional fees or other consequences as outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
