Our Operations Manual states our standards, specifications, and guidelines for all products and services we require you to obtain in establishing and operating your Crepe de licious Franchise. We will notify you of new or modified standards, specifications, and guidelines through periodic amendments or supplements to the Operations Manual or through written communication (including electronic communication). We will issue copies of our standards and specifications to you and approved and proposed suppliers, unless these standards and specifications contain our confidential information.

This ensures that franchisees and suppliers stay updated with the latest requirements. Franchisees must purchase and use only fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, and supplies that meet the standards described in the Operations Manual or in writing.
If a franchisee wishes to use a non-approved supplier, they must submit samples of the supplier's products or services to Crepe De Licious, along with a written statement justifying the request for approval. However, Crepe De Licious does not generally make its supplier specifications and standards available to franchisees or suppliers. Crepe De Licious will notify the franchisee of their decision, typically within 90 days, and written approval is mandatory before using products from a non-approved supplier. Crepe De Licious retains the right to revoke approval if a supplier no longer meets their standards, requiring the franchisee to cease purchasing from that supplier.
