What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will make and sell crepe-based dishes and other specialty food items, gelato, and beverage items. The FDD states that Crepe De Licious will provide franchisees with System Standards for items and services, a list of approved items and services, and a list of approved suppliers.

Crepe De Licious may be the sole approved supplier for certain items and services. The FDD indicates that Crepe De Licious and its affiliates may derive revenues from a franchisee's purchase of approved items and services either directly or from supplier rebates.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review the System Standards, approved supplier lists, and any purchasing requirements outlined in the Franchise Agreement to fully understand the costs and obligations related to inventory and supplies. It is important to understand which items must be purchased from approved suppliers and the potential impact of these requirements on the overall cost of goods.
