What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee, which ranges from $35,000 to $35,000, is paid to Crepe De Licious. This fee is a one-time, lump sum payment due upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
This fee compensates Crepe De Licious for the pre-opening assistance they provide to help the franchisee establish their Crepe De Licious business. The FDD specifies that all expenditures paid to Crepe De Licious or its affiliates are uniform and non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, a prospective franchisee may also need to pay a Territory Reservation Fee of $10,000, also paid to Crepe De Licious. This fee is due before the Franchise Agreement is signed and is credited towards the Initial Franchise Fee if the franchisee proceeds with the franchise purchase.
