What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, Crepe De Licious has the authority to revoke approval of a previously approved supplier at any time, acting at their sole discretion. Importantly, Crepe De Licious is obligated to inform you if they decide to revoke approval of a supplier.
This notification is significant for franchisees as it ensures they are kept up-to-date regarding approved sources for items and services necessary for their Crepe De Licious business. Franchisees must then cease using the revoked supplier and find an alternative approved by Crepe De Licious.
It is also noted that franchisees can request approval for additional items, services, or suppliers not already approved by Crepe De Licious. However, Crepe De Licious is not obligated to approve these requests and may require the franchisee to cover the costs of inspection or testing related to the new item, service, or supplier. Crepe De Licious will then notify the franchisee of their decision, typically within 90 days of receiving all necessary information.
