What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Crepe De Licious Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for covering the expenses of directory listings. Specifically, the franchisee must obtain and maintain both white pages and yellow pages listings for their Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck. These listings must adhere to the System Standards and be in a format approved by Crepe De Licious. The listings must appear in the principal telephone directory serving the approved location.

If multiple Crepe De Licious franchises are in the same directory area, Crepe De Licious may require a group listing. In this case, the costs will be reasonably allocated among the franchisees in that area, and each franchisee is responsible for paying their share of these costs in a timely manner.

Notably, the FDD does not explicitly detail who is responsible for permit fees. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Crepe De Licious regarding responsibility for permit fees, as this could represent a significant initial and ongoing expense.
