What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Food Truck unit must always be located within the Territory granted to the franchisee. The specific territory is defined in Attachment A of the Franchise Agreement. This attachment outlines the approved location and territory details, which are crucial for the franchisee's operational rights.
Attachment A-1 to the Franchise Agreement specifies the approved site location for the Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck, ensuring it meets the necessary demographic and location requirements. This site must also adhere to Crepe De Licious's standards for build-out, interior design, layout, and signage. The mutually agreed-upon Territory is based on this site, aligning with the territory guidelines outlined in Item 12 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
If a specific site has not been approved when the Franchise Agreement is signed, Attachment A will describe the location in general terms. Once a location is approved, Crepe De Licious will modify Attachment A to include the specific address, which then automatically becomes the Approved Location. The franchisee cannot use the System or Marks at any other location without prior written consent and cannot relocate without similar approval. It's important to note that any Approved Location or Territory for a Food Truck is non-exclusive and subject to unilateral revision by Crepe De Licious during the Franchise Agreement term.
