What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Design Fee may be required, ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. This fee is non-refundable and is intended to cover restaurant design preparation services for a Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck. The decision to charge this fee is at Crepe De Licious's discretion.

The specific amount of the Design Fee depends on the size and complexity of the design required for the franchisee's Crepe De Licious location. This means larger or more intricate designs will likely incur a higher fee within the stated range. The Design Fee is due when the franchisee orders the designs, which must occur before the Crepe De Licious Business opens.

It is important to note that, according to the 2025 FDD, Crepe De Licious did not collect any Design Fees from franchisees in 2023. While this does not guarantee the fee will be waived in the future, it does provide some historical context. Prospective franchisees should confirm with Crepe De Licious whether the Design Fee is currently being enforced and what specific factors contribute to the final cost for their particular location type and design needs.
