What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit weekly reports by Tuesday of each week. These reports must cover the preceding business week, which is defined as Monday through Sunday.

Crepe De Licious may modify the deadlines for report submissions, but they must provide written notice to the franchisee. This flexibility allows Crepe De Licious to adjust reporting schedules as needed, but franchisees will receive formal communication regarding any changes.

Failure to submit monthly reports within five days of a request from Crepe De Licious will result in a late fee of $100 per occurrence, plus an additional $100 per week until the report is submitted. These late fees are allocated to the Advertising Fund. Franchisees must also submit semi-monthly and monthly reports within 15 days after the close of the relevant period, and other reports as required by the System Standards.
