If you fail to attend an annual conference for any reason, we shall be entitled to use the Convention Fee paid by you for any purpose in our sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Convention Fee is non-refundable once paid, regardless of the reason. The document also states that if a franchisee fails to attend the annual conference for any reason, Crepe De Licious is entitled to use the Convention Fee for any purpose at its discretion.
This means that franchisees who pay the Convention Fee are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, even if they cannot attend the conference. Crepe De Licious retains the right to use the funds as it sees fit.
