ce as your Approved Location. The Approved Location for your Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck will be located within a specific area ("Territory"). The Territory is determined based on the geographic area and population properties within that area and other relevant demographic characteristics and will typically be at least a five mile radius around your Restaurant or Kiosk but will be an assigned list of zip codes for a Food Truck. You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. You may also face competition from third party delivery or ghost kitchens related to or utilized by our franchise system. You may not sell products or services, or advertise products or services, within another franchisee's Territory.
