What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crepe De Licious reviews and authorizes the final lease for your Restaurant or Kiosk. The FDD states that prior to opening a Crepe De Licious franchise, the franchisor will review the lease agreement for the Restaurant or Kiosk to ensure that its terms contain their required provisions and otherwise meets their minimum standards.
While Crepe De Licious provides site selection guidelines and assistance, the franchisee has the ultimate responsibility in choosing, obtaining, and developing the site for their Restaurant, Kiosk, or Food Truck. Crepe De Licious approval of a site indicates only that the site meets the minimum requirements for a Crepe Delicious Restaurant site.
Crepe De Licious considers factors such as location, neighborhood, traffic patterns, visibility, parking facilities, size, lease, and zoning when approving a location for a Franchised Restaurant. The franchisor also reserves the right to limit specific Sites for the Food Truck to Operate within the Territory at their sole discretion.
