What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at mandatory conferences is required. Franchisees must attend conferences at locations designated by Crepe De Licious and are responsible for all associated expenses. These expenses include conference fees, travel, meals, lodging, and personal expenses for each attendee.
In addition to the direct costs of attending the conferences, Crepe De Licious franchisees should also be aware of the convention fee. The then-current convention fee is up to $500 per person. This fee is payable to Crepe De Licious to help cover the costs of the annual convention, should Crepe De Licious choose to hold one.
It is important to note that the convention fee is due regardless of whether the franchisee attends the annual convention in any given year. This means that even if a franchisee cannot attend the convention, they are still obligated to pay the convention fee to Crepe De Licious.
