What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crepe De Licious FDD, the specifics of the Development Schedule can be found in Paragraph 1 of Exhibit A to the Area Development Agreement. The Development Schedule outlines the deadlines for executing Franchise Agreements for each Franchised Restaurant to be developed under the Area Development Agreement.
Time is of the essence, and the Area Developer must strictly comply with the Development Schedule. The schedule requires the Area Developer to have executed and delivered Franchise Agreements to Crepe De Licious for a cumulative number of Franchised Restaurants by the end of specific time periods outlined in Exhibit A.
Exhibit A also contains information regarding the Development Area and the Area Development Fee. The Development Area is defined in Section 2 of Exhibit A, while the Area Development Fee can be found in Section 3 of Exhibit A.
