When is the annual financial statement due to Crepe De Licious from the Area Developer?

According to Crepe De Licious's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Area Developers are required to submit a complete annual financial statement to Crepe De Licious by April 15th of the year following the end of the Area Developer's fiscal year. This statement must be prepared according to generally accepted accounting principles and presented on a compilation basis.

Crepe De Licious may also require that these statements be prepared by an independent certified public accountant. This requirement ensures that the financial reporting is standardized and auditable, providing Crepe De Licious with a clear and reliable view of the Area Developer's financial performance.

In addition to the annual financial statement, Area Developers must also provide monthly profit and loss statements to Crepe De Licious, due no later than the 20th day of each calendar month, reflecting the previous month's operations for each restaurant. These statements must be prepared on an accrual basis and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. This ongoing reporting helps Crepe De Licious monitor the financial health and performance of its Area Developers more frequently.
