Initial Franchise Fee
We currently charge an initial franchise fee that ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, depending on the number of Creative World School® Businesses you operate (the "Initial Franchise Fee"). Currently, the Initial Franchisee Fee is $80,000 for your first School. If you are a United States armed services veteran who presents satisfactory evidence of an honorable discharge (such as a DD214), the initial fee for your first Creative World® School franchise will be reduced to $75,000. If you are purchasing a second or subsequent School, the Initial Franchise Fee is reduced to $75,000. You must pay the Initial Franchise Fee in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement, less any Deposit. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, the standard initial franchise fee for the first school is $80,000. This fee is payable in a lump sum when the Franchise Agreement is signed, but may be reduced by the amount of any deposit paid for a site assessment. Creative World School notes that this fee is uniformly imposed among all new franchisees. In exchange for this initial franchise fee, Creative World School grants the franchisee the right to operate a school at a specific location and provides initial training.
Creative World School offers a reduced initial franchise fee of $75,000 to United States armed services veterans who can provide satisfactory evidence of an honorable discharge, such as a DD214. This represents a $5,000 reduction in the standard initial franchise fee. This reduced fee is also applicable if a franchisee purchases a second or subsequent Creative World School location.
The initial franchise fee is considered fully earned and is nonrefundable once paid to Creative World School. Unlike some other franchise systems, Creative World School does not offer financing for the initial franchise fee, so prospective franchisees should ensure they have sufficient capital available. It is important to note that while a portion of the deposit for site assessment may be refundable under specific conditions, the initial franchise fee itself is not refundable under any circumstances.
