What is the standard initial franchise fee for a Creative World School?

According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for the first school is $80,000. However, the FDD also states that if the franchisee is a United States armed services veteran who presents satisfactory evidence of an honorable discharge, the initial fee is reduced to $75,000. The initial franchise fee is also reduced to $75,000 for each additional school.

A deposit of $5,000 may be required when applying to be a Creative World School franchisee, and this deposit will be credited toward the initial franchise fee upon signing the Franchise Agreement. However, if a Franchise Agreement is not signed within 180 days after signing the Site Assessment Deposit Agreement, Creative World School will refund the deposit less the greater of $2,500 or their out-of-pocket expenses. Once a site for the school is approved by both parties, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

The initial franchise fee is just one component of the total estimated initial investment, which ranges from $5,767,050 to $10,143,500. This total investment includes other significant costs such as building/leasehold improvements, landscaping, impact fees, land costs, architectural services, training, the opening package fee, and more. It is important to note that all fees payable to Creative World School or its affiliates are non-refundable, except for the deposit under the conditions specified.
