Creative_World_School Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
rally, Management Training occurs at least 2 months prior to your opening of your School and Employee Training occurs within 1 month of your opening of the school.
You, your director and/or previously trained and experienced directors must attend any periodic refresher training courses that we provide from time to time and pay the applicable fees. All leadership team staff are required to complete our initial training program. Therefore, you will have to pay us for training new leadership team members hired after the school's opening. All employees must complete our employee training program, including initial and weekly classroom and on-the-job training. The Employee Training program must be conducted by trainers that we have approved or certified, who have also satisfactorily completed our training. When training is onsite, you must provide an alternative training facility if we feel that construction or other distractions prevent us from satisfactorily performing the training on premises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, franchisees must ensure their leadership team staff complete the initial training program. If new leadership team members are hired after the school opens, the franchisee is responsible for paying Creative World School for their training. All employees are required to complete the Creative World School employee training program, which includes initial training, weekly classroom sessions, and on-the-job training.
The Employee Training program must be conducted by trainers approved or certified by Creative World School who have also satisfactorily completed the training program. This implies that franchisees cannot use just any trainer; they must use trainers that meet Creative World School's standards. If the training is conducted onsite, the franchisee must provide an alternative training facility if construction or other distractions interfere with the training.
Creative World School provides 2 to 4 weeks of employee/staff training, which consists of on-the-job training with a Creative World School business trainer for the franchisee and their employees. Trainers will observe, demonstrate, and discuss appropriate practices to train on Creative World School franchise policies and curriculum. Franchisees and their employees may also be required to participate in weekly 3-hour classroom sessions. There are no additional fees for this training, but the franchisee must cover the expenses of the trainees, including food, lodging, and travel. Creative World School expects the Employee Training to be conducted immediately before and after the school opens. While Creative World School provides Employee Training related to its systems and brand standards, the franchisee is solely responsible for all other employee training and all terms and conditions of employment.
