What software is currently required for Creative World School franchisees to use?

According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, franchisees must use specific software as part of the Computer System Standards. The cost of the required Computer System and Software is included in the Opening Package cost. Currently, Creative World School requires franchisees to use ProCare software, SEO Support, PowerBI, PlayerLync, Intellikids (CRM) and Listen 360, which is included in the Opening Package. There is a monthly System Standards Fee of $350 that franchisees must pay to Creative World School or its designee for the use of this software. Additionally, QuickBooks Financial Software should be used for tracking the School's accounting and bookkeeping.

Creative World School may establish new Computer System Standards and is routinely investigating and evaluating supplies for the Computer System. Franchisees must use whatever Computer System Creative World School specifies during the term of the Franchise Agreement. The FDD also states that software upgrades are anticipated to cost less than $800 per year. However, the cost of hardware upgrades and both hardware and software upgrade costs may vary significantly from current expectations due to the changing nature of the computer and information technology industry.

Creative World School also has independent access to the information and data generated and stored on the Computer System. Generally, Creative World School may access the Computer System to obtain gross and net sales information, product mix, labor reports, and customer counts. There are no limitations on their right to do so. This means Creative World School can monitor various aspects of the franchisee's business operations through the Computer System.
