Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may limit the number of approved suppliers with whom you may deal, designate sources that you must use, and/or refuse any of your requests for any reason, including that we have already designated an exclusive source (which might be us or our affiliate) for a particular item or service or if we believe that doing so is in the best interests of the CREATIVE WORLD SCHOOL® system.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, Creative World School has broad discretion to refuse a franchisee's requests, particularly regarding suppliers. Creative World School may limit the number of approved suppliers, designate specific sources that franchisees must use, and refuse a franchisee's request for any reason. This includes situations where Creative World School has already designated an exclusive source for a particular item or service, potentially benefiting the franchisor or its affiliates. Creative World School can also refuse requests if it believes doing so is in the best interests of the Creative World School system.

This level of control allows Creative World School to maintain quality standards and consistency across all franchise locations. Creative World School will consider factors beyond just quality, such as delivery capabilities, financing terms, and the supplier's ability to service the entire franchise system when approving suppliers. Creative World School retains the right to inspect a proposed supplier's facilities at the franchisee's expense to ensure these standards are met.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they may have limited flexibility in choosing suppliers and must adhere to Creative World School's approved vendor list. This could potentially impact costs and sourcing options for the franchisee. It is important for potential franchisees to understand these restrictions and consider how they might affect their business operations and profitability. Franchisees should discuss supplier options and approval processes with Creative World School during their due diligence to fully understand the implications.
