What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must obtain written consent from Creative World School before relocating their school. Creative World School will only approve a relocation site that is within the franchisee's exclusive Market Area.

The FDD states that the franchise is granted for a specific location (the "Site") that must first be approved by Creative World School. The Site will be located in an exclusive Market Area identified on Exhibit "B" to the Franchise Agreement. Generally, the Market Area consists of the location of the School and the geographic area within a 5-mile radius around the location.

These stipulations are fairly standard in franchising, as franchisors want to ensure brand consistency and protect the territories of other franchisees. Requiring approval for relocation allows Creative World School to maintain control over its brand's presence and avoid potential conflicts between franchisees.
