What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, Creative World School is obligated to train the franchisee or the manager, and at least one other management-level employee. Creative World School may require that a third person complete the training to their satisfaction. At least two people must complete the Management Training to Creative World School's satisfaction.
This means that while Creative World School commits to training at least two individuals, they retain the discretion to mandate training for a third person. This additional requirement is contingent on Creative World School's assessment of whether the third person's training is necessary to meet their standards.
For a prospective franchisee, this implies that they should be prepared to potentially have three individuals undergo the Management Training program. The franchisee will be responsible for covering the expenses associated with the trainees, including food, lodging, and travel. The Management Training is approximately 2 to 3 weeks and must be completed at least one month prior to opening.
