What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, a School Manager, or the franchisee themselves, must meet certain qualifications to oversee the day-to-day management, operation, and supervision of personnel at the school. Specifically, the franchisee (or their designated Manager) and at least one other managerial employee must successfully complete Creative World School's initial training program.
During all operating hours, the Creative World School must be under the direct supervision of the franchisee (or the Manager) and another management-level employee, both of whom have completed the initial training program. Furthermore, the franchisee (or the Manager) and each managerial employee are required to sign and deliver the franchisor's current Confidentiality Agreement or another form that is satisfactory to the franchisor.
These requirements ensure that individuals in leadership positions at Creative World School are adequately trained in the brand's operational standards and are committed to maintaining confidentiality. This protects the Creative World School system and helps ensure consistent quality and service across all franchise locations. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specifics of the initial training program and the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement to fully understand these obligations.
