What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, Creative World School retains the right to inspect and observe a franchisee's school operations. These inspections can include photographing and videotaping the school, taking samples of products and supplies for testing, interviewing customers and personnel, and reviewing financial records.
The purpose of these inspections is to assist the franchisee in complying with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards. This means Creative World School uses these observations to ensure franchisees are adhering to the brand's operational guidelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
For a prospective franchisee, this indicates that Creative World School maintains active oversight of its franchise locations to ensure consistency and quality across the brand. While this may seem intrusive, it also provides an opportunity for franchisees to receive guidance and support from the franchisor in maintaining standards and meeting their obligations. Franchisees should be prepared for regular evaluations and be open to implementing any necessary changes to align with Creative World School's requirements.
