    1. Furnish you, at your request, with additional guidance, assistance and training. (Franchise Agreement ‒ Section 7.4)

Loan you (or we may make it accessible to you on-line) one copy of the Manuals, consisting of such materials (which may include audiotapes, videotapes, magnetic media, computer software and written materials) that we generally furnish to franchisees for use in operating Schools. The Manuals contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures and rules ("System Standards") that we prescribe from time to time for operation of a School and information relating to your other obligations under the Franchise Agreement. We do not provide any assistance in establishing prices at which you must sell your products and services but we may consult with you and suggest pricing for you from time to time.
