What This Means (2025 FDD)
The Creative World School 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document mentions that the franchisor may create, use, and license additional trademarks, copyrighted works, art, service marks, and commercial symbols in conjunction with the operation of schools. These items are collectively referred to as the "Marks."
However, the document does not specify any particular fees associated with commissioning art. It is unclear whether franchisees are required to commission art, if there are approved vendors, or if the franchisor receives any fees or royalties from art-related services.
A prospective Creative World School franchisee should seek clarification from the franchisor regarding any potential costs associated with art, including whether commissioning art is mandatory, if there are approved vendors, and the fee structure for any art-related services.
