What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for the expenses associated with periodic refresher training courses. Creative World School may require the franchisee, their manager, or previously trained managerial employees to attend these courses.
The franchisee is responsible for covering all costs, including the training fees, travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred by the franchisee or their employees. The franchisee must pay Creative World School's then-current per-day training fee for each manager attending the refresher courses.
If a franchisee hires additional management personnel or replaces a manager after the school opens, the new managers must also attend and complete the training program at the franchisee's expense. This includes all training fees, travel, lodging, meals, and other related expenses. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors typically require franchisees and their managers to undergo initial and ongoing training to ensure consistent brand standards and operational procedures are maintained.
