What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Opening Package Fee is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless Creative World School agrees otherwise in writing. The fee itself ranges from $275,000 to $500,000, depending on the contents of the package and vendor pricing, which can fluctuate based on the size of the school. The contents of the Opening Package are determined after Creative World School approves the location for the franchisee's school.

The Opening Package includes essential items needed to operate the school, such as teaching supplies, equipment, curriculum, furniture, and fixtures. These items align with Creative World School's standards and specifications. Most of the furniture and equipment is imported and therefore subject to tariffs which are currently difficult to forecast.

Discount Preschool, an affiliate of Creative World School, may offer financing for up to $50,000 of the Opening Package Fee to qualified franchisees. This financing is contingent upon meeting certain credit requirements and securing financing for the school building or land purchase. The specific terms of the financing are detailed in a Promissory Note and Security Agreement.
