- Provide guidance to you on: (a) standards, specifications and operating procedures and methods utilized by Schools; (b) purchasing required fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, products, materials and supplies; (c) childcare, learning and advancement methods and procedures; (d) use of suppliers, approved products, volume buying, (e) advertising and marketing programs; and (f) administrative, bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
