We and our affiliates have expended considerable time and effort in developing businesses which are combined early childhood learning centers, child care facilities, and creative development schools which offer child care and daily care services and products for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years using our System and Marks ("CREATIVE WORLD SCHOOL®" or a "School"). The System consists of a distinctive and innovative environment, service marks, trade names, distinctive business formats, methods, procedures, designs, layouts, signs, equipment, curricula, lesson plans, educational programs, trade dress, standards and specifications, all of which we have developed and which we (or our affiliates) may improve, further develop or otherwise modify from time to time (the "System").
We use, promote and license certain trademarks, service marks, logos, and other commercial symbols in the operation of Schools, including the trade and service marks "CREATIVE WORLD SCHOOL®," the design only mark described as "CHILDREN AND GLOBE" and other associated logos, designs, artwork and trade dress, which have gained and continue to gain public acceptance and goodwill, and may create, use and license additional trademarks, copyrighted works, Art, service marks and commercial symbols in conjunction with the operation of Schools (collectively, the "Marks").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, the franchise system relies on consistent standards and trademarks to ensure quality and public recognition. As a franchisee, you are expected to operate your school in accordance with the franchisor's System Standards, which include business formats, methods, procedures, designs, layouts, signs, equipment, curricula, lesson plans, educational and developmental methods, trade dress, and specifications. These standards are subject to ongoing improvement and modification by Creative World School.
Creative World School utilizes specific trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols, such as "CREATIVE WORLD SCHOOL®" and the "CHILDREN AND GLOBE" design, to promote its brand. These marks have gained public acceptance and goodwill, which are essential for attracting and retaining customers. The franchisor may also introduce additional trademarks, copyrighted works, service marks, and commercial symbols to further enhance the brand's appeal and recognition. As a franchisee, you are expected to use these marks in your school's operation to maintain brand consistency and leverage the established goodwill.
By adhering to the System Standards and utilizing the approved Marks, franchisees contribute to the overall strength and reputation of the Creative World School brand. This coordinated effort helps to ensure that customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience across all locations, which is crucial for the long-term success of both individual franchises and the entire franchise system. Prospective franchisees should familiarize themselves with these standards and expectations to understand their role in promoting and enhancing the Creative World School brand.
